It is not fixed by any of the patches or fixpacks. It has been known for a long time so I would assume that it is a game engine limitation. As for the bug, if you had your blade using a weapond that adds a attack for the main hand(scarlet ninja to, Kundane, Belm) and were using MMM in conjuctions with Imp. Haste and Offensive Spin how many attacks per round would you have?

If the off hand extra attack stacks onto the MMM attacks per round you could have a very powerful blade at a very low lvl, because Kundane and Belm can be aquired quite early in the game. hmmmm, will have to go do some testing....
