I certainly hope that you don't think of Handmaiden of Lolth (Yochlol)...

Yochlol is the alluring one on the left:

a handmaiden of lolth is a yochlol?! are you a 100% sure about that? i seem to recall that a handmaiden of lolth was standing on a platform in the temple of lolth. also, isnt there a handmaiden of lolth standing on the platform next to the entrance of Ust Natha after you talk to Solaufein for the first time?

I am sure, Raistlin. Just do a Google search for handmaiden of lolth and the fourth link should read:
She was a Handmaiden of Lolth, Yochlol, but obviously a renegade.

The drow you speak of is indeed called like that, but perhaps Yochlols can polymorph. They are pretty oozy anyway.
There are two creatures called Yochlol in BG2, one looks like a drow female, and the other like a Tanar'ri.

Um... I think there's a distinction between Handmaidens of Lloth (the Drow priestesses), and the Yochlol, who are the personal sevants (handmaidens) of Lloth herself in the Abyss. Possibly faithful Handmaidens in life get to beome Yochlol or something, I don't know.

Most? Difficult to say. Some of the NPCs aren't very "deep" (especially BG1 NPCs), so there's little incentive to choose/not choose them.

In BG1, Alora. Peppy attitude and mad halfling cuddles. Other NPC personalities are annoying, off-putting, crazy, or uninteresting.

In BG2, better personalities all around. Excepting Viconia, all females are out for having candy, boogers, and assorted beetles snarled in their hair. Just about all of them need therapy to boot. So, those aside: Haer'Dalis. And Werewolf Cernd is probably quite cuddly, even if he's about as exciting as junk mail.

So, Alora/Haer'Dalis.

Least? Oh, so many choices. But *one* person takes the cake: Skie. Neither Nalia nor her Aunt have anything on this loathesome, wretched creature.

Yochols are handmadiens of Lolth. If you read the Dark Elf Trilogy you would know. Salvatore describes it as a melted candle.

Most:Viccy
Least:A Tanari

Yep, I was about to say the same thing. In the Drizzt books, Salvatore clearly describes the Yochol as a "Handmaiden of Lolth." The Drow versions are just High Priestesses and Priestesses. I was confused the first time I saw "Handmaiden as Lolth" as a description for a drow priestess in BG2...
