Yes! I hardly touch PC games these days. The BG series still runs smoothly as most of my older games stopped working long ago and the new PC games are not as good as they used to be story wise. Me I now speand my free time playing board games like Defenders of the Realm. Board Games still work no matter what system you use.

Yes, board games always work!!
 I certainly wouldn't mind a good PC game, I just don't have much time for "big" games and there haven't been that many released in the last few years that interest me.

Windows 7 may have a Compatibility Mode for older software, I don't know.

I'm pretty sure Win7 does have a compatibilty mode, but sometimes that isn't enough.
