LiOnHe@rT, there are two separate options: revert game and reset adventure. They have different effects.

If you reset adventures, you start over from the beginning. You retain all your items and skills, but your guild levels, class history, and quest items will all be gone.

If you revert the game, you go back to the last town you were in, just like you were about to leave. The only thing wiped away is whatever you've accomplished since leaving the town.

So if you want to be a Warlock again, you'd have to reset adventure and start playing from the beginning again.

BTW, I hope you're not referring to the fact that you only see your last three classes in your character description. Even though the others don't display, the game still remembers that you were in them.

Click on the computer icon on the bottom Left, of the game screen. The 'RESET Adventures button...is in the upper right hand corner of the options menu.

IIRC...You have to be in the town of Valeia, to 'Reset adventures' otherwise the button is greyed out.

Welcome to the Board Nutman! Everyone has answered your questions well I see, and of course I would like to add my hints. I found that doing a full install was best, although please be patient. The game is ver.....y slow loading, gives time to get a drink and someting to eat though! The game is the best I have played! Now as to game play....ing! I found the Bard wasn't all that good although the spells are good ie Moon and Fiend. You can acquire these spells with Warlock though as well as keep the other spells that your character has already learnt and can still learn. You get instruments to play as a Bard, however by the time I got them I already had the spell trait from either buying them from the guild or learning them when the points went up. This game around I am going to make Warlocks instead of Bards, I think they are better, but it is good to try all the traits out to see what you personally like. Well happy gaming in the Gael Serranan, and watch out for the Mantraps after Ishad'Nha. Great strategy is needed there, but I will not spoil it!

Doesn't hurt to reset as many times as you want, and you can keep the characters their HP's, magic etc. I often do that and sometimes I replace characters with new ones but still keep some of the ones that are good. This works well, I often replace a warrior with an extra wizard as 2 wizards later on can be of advantage, but it is up to you what you want. If you restart the game with some of your characters from the previous game and add new ones, you then have some characters with strong armor, swords & HP's, which can then support the new characters whilst they are getting up. Try everything try some of the hints in the forum, some are really good. Check them all out!

After you 'Reset adventures' ...you must re-do the areas. 'Reset', starts the game over. Thats why Gareth does his speech after the 'Reset'.

Resetting starts the game again & you have to redo most of the areas you've done before but it is a lot easier now because your charactors are stronger & you already know what is coming up. It is probably a good way to rectify the mistakes that you have made with your charactor advancement ie If your wizard didn't get the level 7 stone magic before it changed roles it is the only way to get those spells.
