Lol you have a good point there deathbringer. As a Man United fan I'm hoping Seaman stays in goal for Arsenal for a few more years he's bound to make a few more clangers that hopefully will really cost Arsenal. He really should get rid of the pony tail too.
Still the best choice for England & Arsenal, and as a Man Ure fan I'm sure you'll remember Barthez's wonder performance against THE CHAMPIONS last year[/QUOTE]True Barthez did make a few mistakes last year against Arsenal (and Deportivo) but I still feel more confident about his ability than I would if I was an Arsenal fan about Seaman. It has to be said he's been pretty good for Arsenal lately I still think he's justified as their number 1 but for England I think that's a different story I think it's time they gave the jersey to a younger goalkeeper. Not David James he's made to many mistakes in the past I wouldn't be confident about him so I would suggest Paul Robinson of Leeds who's a good young goalkeeper.

On a personal note I hope England do drop Seaman, I'd much rather he concentrated on his Arsenal career.

Yes he is, but, where does one aquire experience? He needs to start at some point. I think England should be trying out new keepers in the Euro qualifyers. What better experience can you get?

I heard that Liverpool overtook Arsenal (who were supposed to be playing perennial easybeats Everton) with their 1-zip win over fellow superstars Leeds.

Arsenal were meant to be playing afterwards, and defending a record of 39 consecutive games without defeat. Given that, I'm sure that the Reds will only be on top until Arsenal beat Everton - comfortably probably.

Speaking of which, anyone know the score between Arsenal and Everton? Did the Gunners sweep Everton aside like dirt on a smooth tile floor...?
Everyone gets their two minutes of fame - looks like Memsie's has come before Christmas this year. It's going to make for a bleak season from here on in Mr Flaming Geenie, cos the Gooners are gunna blow your lot away
