Well the root cause of California's debt is due to a crazy quilt of a tax system, an over reliance on income tax, and prop 13. The state legislature is slowing coming the realization that they need to rework it.

Ya know..somehow I might have gotten that Idea before I reached 20billion in debt [img]smile.gif[/img] but it is good to hear that some progress is being made...a healthy Calfornia economy/budget is a good thing for the rest of the nation too.
