You find that people are often like "yeah I don't care about this or that.." until it becomes personal - then they care very much. Like "I don't care what happens to my body after I die" - but maybe your relatives do care and maybe you would care about your relatives so there is always someone who cares.

Aniamls and humans are the same. Humans are a kind of animal: not wishing to insult anyone, but sometimes, I wonder if humans are parasites. We clog up the world, and slowly destroy it. Even I do, which I'm not proud of.
Animals are living things, with feelings, thoughts: sentient beings. They can fell pain and unhappiness, the same as us. Should we treat them the same as us? I think yes, we should. After all, what makes us different, what makes us so special (sp?)? Just because we have found ways to kill better, we are trying to find ways to populate and then maybe destory the moon, we are still animals (mammals in fact: the same as sloths, weasels, badgers and rats).What would it be like for us to be kicked around in a gutter? If the family of the animals knew that we were flushing them down to the sewers, I think they'd have a few harsh words for us.
