Lich's Usually prefer to keep to their own world and would rather Avoid contact with Living creatures, they usually go to great length's to avoid having to actually "bother" with fighting.

All I can say, is that I'm Glad that in BG2 we didn't have to fight Eye-Tyrants and Liches in their true AD&D horror. I imagine that if we really went up against a foe identical to that we'd all be more impressed with the games difficulty. Not that I ever managed to actually kill Kangaxx mind you...

So any amgical creature could become alich or only mages? How about (in the first case) a mindflayer lich or a elder orb lich! Could be scary.

I remember DMing for friends and in a party of 6, 5 were dead by the time the Lich dropped. This was LONG before D&D video type games were even a thought. Gary Gygax must be laughing at BG2 with its wimpy Lichs
If the game were played according to D&D rules they wouldnt have been able to put a Lich in BG2. ------------------ THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hold on Demi-Lich (spoiler)
Does that mean Kangaxx comes back after ten days unless I go back and toss some water on his remains? aaarggghh.. I think as well that this proves that liches are basically nice people and just a little misunderstood (and who are all these bloodthirtsty swine shouting for Lich blood?) |
