*Sigh* I guess when you have very little, you hold onto it very tightly...
Yeah, yeah, well done Engerland for beating a dissinterested Australia some 10 match days after our celebrations died down. The reason the Aussies won the fourth? They were all still fighting drunk. Lost the fifth? Really bad hangovers man! [ 01-06-2003, 08:13 PM: Message edited by: Leonis ]

Think of the match as a kind of time warp - you have seen what the world is like without Shiney and Glenda, and it ain't pretty! That's nearly all of them, just the Genie to catch now. Is there an opposite to being ubiquitous, because if there is then Memnoch is it. With Liverpool in terminal decay and the Australian rugby and cricket teams on a losing streak he is in permenant stealth mode.

Sigh - and I thought I was trying so hard to fit in with the spirit of merry ole Blighty - so much for my Noel Coward piece then

Just to let you know how much I enjoyed ribbing the Aussies on this thread. But all good things must come to an end so I suggest we stop all of this banter now.
Pax Aussies! But before I go, about this time last year I seem to recall Davros chuntering on in his usual colonial manner about an australian winning the World darts Championship. I wonder whatever happened to him. Oh I know! He's on his way back to Australia with his boomerang between his legs after receiving a right royal thrashing, 5-0 in this year's competition! Now no more cricket talk - okay!

No cricket talk - why ever would that be o double donut 7 - are you a tad concerned that your mob could well be on for a thrashing today .
And that guy in the darts - he didn't just win a world championship last year - he won TWO world championships - not like you to be getting your facts wrong buddy - you're normally sharper than that .
