I have another totally annoying monster to add to the list~FISH! Yes! Fish! There is just a small area of the fish's head/spine to cue your hit with the cursor & the water moves...the fish moves...the cursor is no longer over the striking area & you're clicking for nothing! (Well I am anyway!)

"Hold still while I whack you!"
"I promise not to eat you I just want to KILL you! Now HOLD STILL!!!!"
"HOLD STILL #()%%@*!!!!!"

What makes fish most annoying is that they get in the way and are not worth effort ratio to experience.

Moni: You're the greatest. I mean when you wrote "OK That was 20 years ago but I felt I shoulda known!" about High School. I went 22 years ago. I thought I was too old to be playing these games, but looks like I'm not so alone. I feel younger already.
Thanx!

Hey, Skywalker! Take a look at one of the "useless polls" on player ages. Most of us here are 30 and 40-somethings. Interesting, huh?

I reason that since it's been about 7-8 years since one of Bradley's last games (Wiz 7) that we're the refugees from that era.

So that's why we all treat each other with respect and this place is so much fun. Though I wouldn't say it's because we've grown up. I'm never going to grow up and since my wife and I don't have kids, I guess I don't have to, either.

Just as long as y'all don't start hitting us young uns with "when I was your age..." stories. I hate those.

I may have to get older but I refuse to grow up!

I do have a son who is 19 & lives in another state so I no longer have to hear anymore what a lame-o geek I am for playing RPG's on my PC!

He skateboards & snowboards...woohoo! He actually sees the sun! He thinks that is the only way life should be, lol.
I did razz him once for having an N64 when he could have one of these babies though!
He told me he had a nice PC given to him & he gave it to a friend's mom so she could use it for her job! What a nice kid!
I guess we all find our fun in life in different places. : )

(If it were not for his original Nintendo, I don't know if I ever would have discovered these games, he is the one who turned me on to them!)

LOVED "Iceman" . . . I admit I thought bread the first time I saw PITA and someone's LMAO had me puzzled til I was enlightened.

Older with more disposable income. Waiting for kids to leave home so I can act my age at heart! At least mine are as addicted to these games as I am and will help me do computer things. Free tech support!

Most Annoying monster: The MOMSTER

No adventuring until you have cleaned your room at the inn.

Go back and apologise to gwyll, I just don't know what gets into you sometimes.

Do I have to pull this horse over?

Yes, I know it is unpleasant, but we are a family, and it is your turn to clean up after the dragon.

I don't care if he followed you home, you may NOT keep the nesting spider.

IT COULD GET REAL UGLY!
