Marcos...I have given you a small spark of hope. Hurry and get out of that stun! I shall be counting down the rounds. At this moment, it is still round 1.

To the rest of you...well...get to work!

I'm afraid the stun doesn't wear off any sooner than it does. 11 hitpoints will just have to be enough to survive the skellie.

And sure, anything for the guards is just fine. I don't mind them dying, I just want them to go in a way they deserve.

One question about the Cone of Cold's area of effect though; if the skeleton was summoned a foot ahead of Marcos and between him and Andrion, and the cone spread out from Andrion's hands, isn't it sort of freezing?

Going by the BG and NWN spell animations the skeleton summoned slowly rises up from the ground, so if the summoning spell and the cone of cold is completed at the same time, the cone might pass above the skeleton.

Very good question, Legolas.

If it were fire, or other elemental, damage the undead would have been hit and possibly destroyed. Cold damge, however, does not affect the skeleton.

As per the 3e MM - "Skeletons have cold immunity."

Sorry, I have been at work. I'm still in a dilemna as to what Silt would do. He might try and help Marcos and fight the Skeleton Warrior and Andrion, or he may just keep going for Kynnen.

I thought we all needed a good laugh, so I wanted to post the link to what has become a favorite webpage of mine...

This link should take you to the one page that I really wanted to share today.

And the 3e version of the power word as well... It's a pity, I love to see a mage's spells fizzle

Larry, that was just the kind of response to the duchess that I needed, thanks.

To Silt and Kynnen:

I see that Kynnen has taken the defence at the moment. Silt has posted that he was attacking before the TimeStop, so I will need to hear what the next move is now that all these fireworks are going off.

When both of you post, just spell out your offencive or defencive move in a way that I can roll for hit and damage. This should really be a fun PvP. Or...like you said...you can run to help Marcos, but don't forget that Vincent has yet to post his move.
