Alright Tao, but without being on the surface, the lightning bolts are only going to be aimed using the vauge location his senses picked up on the shadow magic. Just giving you warning so you arnt made into a toasty critter as well.

And a hearty good luck to you on the final exams Larry =)

Argh, this has turned out worse than I had expected

In the interest of everyone, I would like pull out Rhianneth and Rong Er as active characters in the story. I will leave it to the DM to decide how they should be taken out, although I would prefer it if they didn't have to die off

Larry, good luck with the exam! Email me whenever you need my participation as NPCs; I will be away to Malaysia next week, though.

Wow...very, very impressive battle going on down there. Two very strong oppenents, fighting one another. I have this to say about it, publically.

I know that neither one of you two want to back off from the fight, and both of you have special skills that have been allowed in this game that would make your battle one of the most epic this forum has ever seen. I mean, Morgie, you are getting the better hand here with all those cool monsters at your control. And Tao with not only special abilities, but also a very potent friend as well. I mean wow! I feel belittled! Should the DM feel this way?

Now as the one that has to keep an order to the game, and help bring to pass a certain story-line, I am still inclined to be a little bit open-ended and allow members to have battles with one another. I don't have to be the only bad guy here, right? Nor do my baddies have to have the reputation as the scariest of them all. I want to make that clear.
Yet my point will be this. I know that both of you are determined not to give into the other, and that is fine, but I have control over the outcome of called shots, if any are made. I can override any move that is made. Hell, I can bring to pass Armageddon if I choose. I am not playing favorites, and if a move is made to injure, then I will have to call hit or miss. If one of you thinks that you might lose this battle, I suggest you find a way to retreat. Because I know that eventually, somebody will get hurt.

Another thing. Arcades: My information on dragons says that silver dragons can control weather, not golden ones. However, I am inclined to let your post stand, as it has been responded to. Yet I can clearly see that Tao would be more than capable of using the weather that you conjured to aid herself, as you brought the storm into being faster than her character would have been able to. So let her use the storm as she sees fit. Obviously, you noted that being below ground restricts your ability to aim. It would be safer to let her take it from there. I shall grant you the use of your Song, but I need to limit it severely, unless you can provide a written standard to make me eat my words.
If you want to fly out and help her, you are welcome to. My character is still climbing down the rope, followed by Vincent. We are unaware of what is going on.

If and of you have any feedback to any part of what I said, please post it!

i did not want this fight in the first place, and gave Morgerat a way to back off or down or whatever.. I am only defending myself and my wolves at this point. Whatever you decide is great with me

that is why I left my post the way I did, to let you take it from there as DM

Yeah for me! I finally got around to saving all of your bio's to Word docs and now I can study them and set up individual fun things for each person. I can also better keep us with you all.

I am trying to keep organized, with so many players! Maybe I should start by killing some of you.

Tao: Thanks. Let's see what Morgie does or says, and then we will work from there. If he's looking for a fight, maybe I should make the game more interesting. Hmmm....what could I conjure up....

Question Mark

ok i have so been pushed. i am drowning in housework, and cranky kids and all i hear from nathan is "check lord of the forums, you should post!" i am sick of it. i can't catch up, i've asked for a quick reveiw from nathan...nothing. i get nothing. i can't sit here and read all of this while kids are screaming and the house work looms in front of me. i am sorry but if my characters die so be it. i can't get any cooperation from the one other player who tries to drive me back into it. i love this game, and i really don't want to go, but it takes more than 5 min to post in character and i don't have 5 min. especially since nathan wants the house looking decent in time to game pnp tonight. what is worse is that gaming is at an unspecified time. so i'm working towards an unknown, surprise deadline, and when i call to tell him we need toilet paper i get told "post in lof"

speaking of children in the 3 min it has taken me to type i have to go save one of them from her attempts to get out of the booster seat she put herself into.

P.S. in case i haven't made it clear, nathan you have driven me out. i can't take it any more. all i hear about is how much i have to catch up. well i don't have to work at anything that will take at least an hour when i don't have 15 min to myself. it is just another demand on my time, and if we didn't move i'd still be in it, but as of right now i am the only person unpacking anything. if you are content to live with our lives in boxes then i will set them at the curb and let the garbage men pick them up, because i am not content to live with boxes.

I...er...well I am sorry to hear about the work load Ruby. I know that I promised you that I would help your characters out by doing what I had mentioned to you in PM, but if you are having such a rough time getting logged in and playing, then I will alter my current plan and save your characters the trouble of having to just be forgotten and left. I will post something now that will take care of the four of them, so that later you can pick them up at your leisure and do with them what you want. I hope this will be satisfactory.

Ruby and her party have been removed from the game by way of my Mass Exile Spell. Read the details of the spell for more info.
Reaper...you want some-o-this? I got more cool stuff where that came from!
