Larry, I will begin the spell of bringing one of the ancients to the forums tomorrow... he will be my only hope of cleaning the ley lines, and coupled with Cyril's clasp, and the help of my wolves and a few surprises that I'll PM you about, /arcadeds and I will start towards the group after dealing with the bane wolves and the ley lines...

Cyril, should I try to retrieve the ring?

TAO - The ring is now out of reach. Perhaps it might be possible to learn something more about it, but there is no time to do so in the light of Larry's last post for your character. You gotta like those banewolves!

And on that note, I'll wish everyone luck against Larry's minions and return to post again some time late next week -- which is about as frequently as my present schedule will allow.

Zachary: A most wonderful post! I could not have expected anything better. Welcome back.

To all others: As you might have guessed...or should have guessed, since the Dead Wind has been confronted and challenged by Cyril far away, this leaves all beings that were under it's control free, as well as the curse of the mind touch it had with Zachary broken. Zachary now has undiluted contact again with his Deity.

However...The x-paladin's case is not so simply cured. He has other problems that will be brought to light soon enough. Enjoy the show, everyone!

Zachary: It appears that the ex-paladin is in a position to be discovered by you as you see fit. You will have to do a bit of walking to find him, but it appears that you have the initiative to spot him first. As always...this is only one possible result of many that could happen.

Ok...I'm impressed. Let's see now this newcomer in action! The one who is known as the "ancient"? Looks like I may have to educate yon yearlings on the term "ancient" in the forums of Ironworks.
