Incidently, would you lot mind mentioning exactly what you've updated when you do get around to it?

Having a log or record of it would be useful - for DMing purposes, you understand

Cheers,
CD.

How long can we hang on to non-used XP points?

As long as you desire. Just mark them near the top of your sheet under the header "XP earnt" or "Character Points" or something.

Although I may be repeating myself, I ask that when you level up, you some in-game effort to justify you acquiring your newfound skills, be it mastery with weapons, magic or simplier mundane tasks. Lifting weights for a strength increase, for example. Granted not everything can be performed IC, but most can.

Edit: Slight update to the rules. Upon much reflection (well, some-to-little if truth be told), I've decided that the currency rules are too cumbersome and have simplified them. Not that it really applies yet. Of course, if anyone wants the old, complicated monetary system back, I'm sure it can be arranged, but why anyone would is beyond me. I also added the level up rules to the main rules post on the first page for easy reference.

Nivram has gained Fishing as a novice skill, after his little...umm...adventure.

The fish he has caught is about 10 lbs/5 kgs, so should be enough for the group.

Now...after that shameless rip off of the Mastercard adverts, my best guess is that Nivram shall become the target of feminine fury (C). That expression will have been worth it though.

Heh, I look away for five minutes and you all go fishing An enjoyable read

I'm particularly busy over the next 2 1/2 weeks, but will try and post when I can.

I shall be.. indisposed for the next couple of weeks. I don't know if I shall have access to a computer - hopefully, I will, and if the last times are any indication at all, the chances are I will be able to write and post posts. However, nothing is certain, and I don't want to make assumtions, so its only fair to warn you all.

If any of the above sounds cryptic at all, well, let's just say that I'm visting the Fiancée for my 21st (bday), and staying at the same place I did during the summer. I'm sure you can all appriecate that I may have priorities other than an online RP .

Regardless, don't let that stop you from posting. I'm sure you can all manage fine without me for a while. Leggy seems to know what he wants, so I'll let him take over for a bit.

Cheers,
CD.
