"Flee the castle?" Kynnen asked, and laughed "Why for spider's silk would I want to do that? I have much blood to draw from this place, much blood!" He stretched his legs for a little pacing around the prison hallway. He then remembered, seeing the layout of the area, the flapping of wings he heard earlier. "There was a bird, a very large bird that I heard here, just before you arrived. Do you know anything about it?"

"A very cheap compensation you ask of me, mage." Kynnen finally approached the mage, and warily stretched out his hand through the blue globe enveloping the mage. The hand waited for the mage's forearm to hold and shake. "The drow you have freed to kill this Larry and the countless guards that would stand in his way is called Kynnen. And he will gladly do this service for you."

"Well met Kynnen. My name is Andrion. Andrion Wilgor. And you have probably guessed that I am a mage." - he said while he took the offered hand and shook it.

"Now if you don't mind let us go and find that Larry."

Kynnen looked around the other doors. One was his cell, one was the cell that held the man called Larry. He thought if his great blade would be in one of the other rooms. "I did not come here naked, as it may seem now. I had my armor, and my weapon with me, and they were taken from me. I would like to search these rooms first, to see if the blade is here somewhere." Kynnen approached one door, and tried to open it.

Silt 80/80

Silt listened to the ever content Inquisitor, he seemed to think most calmly, even when danger for Larry, his prisoner, seemed but moments away. Were they in danger too? Was this man really thinking rationally? Silt thought hard about this. How could one remain so imperturbable in such a seemingly pressing situation? A sudden thought struck Silt. What if the Inquisitor didn't care about Larry, maybe he would just leave him to die, leave the poor man to be eaten alive by whatever creature the God's through at him. Poor Larry.

"Inquisitor, I cannot be doing with your emotionless nature. Do you actually care whether Larry dies? What do you propose we do, just wait here until we are found, and die like a lamb to the slaughter? Who are you anyway?"

He knew it was not the time to ask such questions, but Silt couldn't help it. In all his time he had never heard of this Inquisitor, although that was probably to be expected. Althoug he tried to reasure himself, maybe Marcos had a plan, he surely knew his castle well afterall.

To Kynnen: If you mean the necklace as being your amulet, then no. Marcos would have surely realized its power and taken it from you. Give the man some credit!

You open the only other door that has not been previously opened. It is another holding cell, much like the previous two. There is nobody inside, and the room looks like nobody had been in here to clean in a long while.

To Morgie: You, Kenden, and Larry have successfully made it through the gardens and have entered in the main back door of the castle, which is located in the center of the building. From where you are standing, there is a door to your right that leads to the Left Wing. To your left is the door way that leads to the Right Wing.

"Which way?", Larry asks.

"To that door. It leads to Marcos. The Left Wing has been secured." Kenden points to the Left Wing's door.

You notice that there are no guards in this room,
and the place feels rather empty.

Looking around Morguerat listened to the guardsman... Marcos eh, he'd heard of the inquisitor by reputation, or so his shadowed recollections told him, while circling around back into the right wing would likely evade the expectations of the assassins Morguerat decided to heed the guardsman, although he memorised the layout in the room in case he had a need to go back to the prison level.

He gestured to the guardsman to continue and followed him through the left door towards the audience room of Marcos.
