Havock, Yes, that would have been a REAL headline. The Hog was quite obviously the underdog. I tend to be apathetic to anyone with a .50 caliber weapon going after an unarmed, unassuming, peaceful creature just trying to find some food and a place to rest.

Doesn't that kid know that you can BUY food at the grocery store? I'm not saying that pigs/cows/chickens/turkeys (etc.) die peacefully in abatoirs, but at least they don't bleed and run terrified for 3 hours. The worst part is, I bet I'm right about the "trophy" part. My guess is, no part of that hog will feed any needy people. The head will feed that young sociopath's ego, but the body will probably end up in a ditch.

These guys were hunting i presume, and pig just happened to be too large in the wrong place at the wrong time. Apparently it's a human's God given right to kill any animal it wants in the name of sport. But i reckon humans are kinda dumb like that.

Since kids kinda vary in size, i'm looking at the barrel of the hand cannon and kid's cap and comparing it to the 280mm snout to eye measurement given. I concur that a whole bunch of shots were taken, and this one was chosen for it's illusory aspect. If kid stood up straight and didn't tuck his shoulders in, pig would look smaller.
