If Arkanis the cheezy was present I killed him because I killed everybody in the room.
No previous save either, quicksave overwrites.
Lesson learned.

Had to start a new game back from the beginning.

Impossible. Arkanis is wielding the Short Sword of Backstabbing, which kills in one hit, and he can only be killed in one way (which I dont remember). So you cant just have killed him.

Could you not just go and side with Bodhi. You have all ready done alot of killing and cleaning up. I am not to sure that this would work I have never sided with her.

Well, it would be pretty annoying to keep playing and realizing too far in the game that you cant continue, so my suggestion is to restart [img]smile.gif[/img]

I don't know if I've met this Arkanis. IS this someone you meet if you make Mae'Var's guild hostile during that quest?

Correction, Short Sword of Backstabbing is a perfectly sensible mid-level magical item. +2 IIRC.

Arkanis Gorgonzola wields Killsword, the Emmenthaler Avenger of poor dungeonmaster skills.

Besides Arkanis possesses a belt that makes him unable to die save for a very few very specific circumstances. One being intellegence drained by a mind-flayer.
