I don't think there is a word for that in any other language than Dutch. It's a typical Dutch thing, and i don't think you can buy them anywhere else in the world. Correct me if i'm wrong though.

i saw a show on RTL5 where one dude tried to market the kaasschaaf in america. it wasnt all that unsuccesfull
