Pepsi tastes like sugar water. Coke at least has fizz.

actually, stormy, niether dr. pepper or rootbeer fit into the cola category of sodas... so to include them we couldnt really call it the cola war then.

on the other hand, things like RC Cola, and western family cola, or several other offbrands should have been included.

On topic (as I never answered the question) I don't prefer a specific brand. At the rowing club they serve Pepsi, but usually the machines I buy from give me Coca Cola. Needless to say, I just drink it without thinking what is best

I seem to like both drinks... but I would have to say coke is my prefered choice of drink if I had to choose.

Well I thought about adding other brands but they really didn't fit into the cola wars title either cause adding them wouldn't be much of a fight it would be like say France in a war. so i left the smaller cola's out.

Coca Cola feels more like champaign if drunk warm...

Pepsi is more like a regular soft drink...

My sensibilities lean me towards Coca Cola (which I just plain think tastes better) and to have straight coke, and to add some real vanilla extract (85% Alkeyhol!) gives it this wonderful aftertaste. You can get that effect without the extract, just buy Vanilla Coke at the same cost...

Have you ever tasted battery acid? I submit that if you had, you wouldn't have tastebuds left to make a real comparison.

Coke is too fizzy and only tastes good if it's a bit flat.

Pepsi is flat to begin with and that's why I prefer it.
