Ciabatta and Foccacia bread, ecpecially toasted with mozarella (sp?) cheese, sun dried tomatoes and either mushrooms or Parma ham. Yum!

I used to like white bread more, but now it's brown bread. But that's mostly theorical for me, as I rarely eat bread.

for me bread is a base for other things to go onto so it is not really important. Although sultana/rasin bread is great.
