Guys, don't you ever read the text in those "Loading Area" screens? It says that merchants will only pay 1 GP for an Unidentified item, or for an item that has no charges.
Isn't this what pcgiant said? That the sword would recharge after resting and worth more?[/QUOTE]Yes, that is indeed what he said. I was merely pointing out that he shouldn't have had to say it, since you have to stare at little Helpful Hints like that every time you Load a new game or map area. (This might not be true if you chose to do the Full Install, though.)

And yes, the Flail of Ages IS the best weapon in the game. Name me a single weapon that's lethal against both Mages (Elemental Damage penetrates Stoneskins, causing Spell Failure) AND Tanks (Slow inflicts +4 penalties to your enemies' THAC0 and AC). Who needs 25 Strength when 19 is plenty? Who needs Dispel Magic on every hit? My Tank hardly ever uses anything else.

Here's the problem: I am playing a multiplayer game with 3 of my own characters, plus the occasional NPC to get their quests, and I found the Namarra +2 long sword. I identified it, and having no need for it, went to sell it at Ribald's. He is only offering 1 gold for the silly thing. It was after seeing this that I recalled it occuring in the past but didn't think much of it at the time.

I have the latest patch as far as I know (the one from Bioware) and am wondering if any of you have seen something like this too.
:confused21:

Thanks for any help you can offer!
This happens sometimes with items that only have one use/day abilities. I've seen it with Arbane, the shortsword with the Haste spell, also. Try resting and see what it's worth then - this usually works for me.
