Showering is a plus. Showering enough to not have people around you faint is even better.

And I agree, man and a woman in a shower is better. Group activity!

At least once, sometimes twice a day (depending on how I feel at the end of the day, or if I've done some running that day). Never take a bath, though; not only for practical reasons (the bathroom where I live only has a shower), but also for the reasons already mentioned about hardly getting any cleaner whatsoever.

My new appartment does not have a shower, only one of those old bath with little legs.

Every time someone visit my appartment, they say "Cool! you've got one of those bath! They look so cool!". Well.... easy to say when you're not the one stuck with it...

I'd install a shower on it, but I've got very low water pression in the bathroom, I don't think it would work...

Suck to be me.

I don't know what's the difference between a shower and a bath. I tend to shower/bath early in the morning before going to work and then another at night time before going to bed.

I'm the only one that showers twice a day (except weekends then it's once per day). I shower in the mornings and I have to shower in the evenings to get rid of the hospital smell. Plus I find it refreshing to take a shower after work. When I have the oppurtunity I take a bath instead. It's so relaxing.

Question Mark

Quite intriguing poll, however you did not take into account my occupation!

When in Garrison I shower after PT (Physical Training), and at the end of the duty day. When deployed, or in the field a shower comes our way maybe twice a week. Now what you think of as shower in the field is not exactly what you are expecting. But, at least you can stand to smell yourself for the next few days!
My Bro's down in Iraq are sucking. 100+*F, full gear, and IBA (36 lbs), and can only strip down in secure areas! Oh, there are no secure areas. They wash up inside of the vehicles. If there are grunts, whew, can't go there.

I shower once per day, after I've done my daily workout (which isn't much. )
I also usually take a bath on Sundays, just for the heck of it.

Sorry! Didn't think of that sort of thing

Now who (apart from Felix?) said they only rinse . Fess up!

I agree on the baths being yuck - ugh! And they are so NOT relaxing - if I want to relax I lie down on a bed or sofa, not a hard, cold enamel surface in dirty tepid water

Anyway I shower twice a day - I need to wash my hair every morning or I can't do anything with it, and getting into bed dirty is digusting! In my defense, we do have a water-efficient shower head and I certainly don't spend more than 5 minutes at night, and a little more in the morning (have a lot of hair ).

Well, i'm one of those people who DO think that a bath is relaxing. I always bring a book, and a lot of times i fall asleep in the tub too, and wake up two hours or so later. No problem with that though.

And about soaking in your own dirt... it's quite simple. Once you're done, stand up and shower it off your body.
