Love french fries the best, with either mayo or ketchup. After that, mashed potatoes (mmmm, with onion slivers sauteed in butter, or a nice grainy mustard, or a garlicky mixture).

Apparently nobody likes their potatoes raw, and most agree with me that mashed is the way to go.
 Mashed, salted and coated in sour cream to be precise, when it comes to me.
