What are you talking about??? You don't have to do anything. People just do all the nice stuff (and bad stuff). You get credit for the good stuff and your best friend, the Devil, gets credit for the bad stuff. Of course you have to do stuff when you're a god. You have to protect the feeble humanity from that same devil (or any other evil/chaotic/opposing forces). And you have to make sure they keep worshipping you and keep doing your bidding. Lots of work, that.

Nah, you don't have to do squat. Humanity doesn't need protection, they were created at your image remember. They can take care of themself.
