I´m against death penalties, even though I sometimes feel the bastards guilty of some crimes would be better of dead for the reest of us. But I try to put apart my own felings and the rational me thinks that deathpenalties are wrong.

Espacially in countries where death penalties increase when it is time for the elaction of goveners and judges...

If a murder/rapest or worse is 100% guilty and there is a good chance that they would repeat there crimes given the chance then kill them. You say you should not have the death penalty in case you kill an innocent, but what about all the innocents that have been killed by murderers that have got out of jail(Realised early or Escaped) and continued there crimes.

Of course, authorities should be absolutely sure that criminal is guilty.

I do not believe that prison can improve a person, it can only spoil him/her. What good is in keeping together murderers/maniaks, etc.? What good is in keeping them alive?
Now, think about events in USA. Do you really believe that persons who are responsible for this act of incredible cruellty, crime against humanity, terrorists guilty in thousands of deaths should be just placed in prison?

It has to be replaced after every 10 strokes because of the immense force) on the arse. Prisoners are known to plead for extra jail time instead of a shorter sentence + caning. 2-3 for vandals, with the numbers going up depending on severity of the crime.

Death, Life(heh sounds funny)

Manslaughter(same as murder, only in cases like self-defence or accidental killing)
Life, or a very long sentence.
