in gamebanshee's BG walkthrough, they mention that when you rescue dynaheir with edwin in your party, you are given the choice to keep her in your party so edwin can "watch her closely" or something...after rescuing her w/ edwin in my party (and minsc), no such opportunity presented itself. i tried kicking out minsc before talking to her, and i tried having all kinds of people approach her to see if it made a difference. is this just bull or has anyone seen edwin say that he can keep an eye on her?

Re: keeping Minsc and dropping Dyna, you can always split NPC pairs by having the main charcater and NPC that you want to drop enter a home and remove the NPC from the party as such isolated from the rest of the party. Then just leave the NPC there. Just make sure it's a house you don't have to go back into (as opposed to an inn you would be returning to a lot). Then if for some reason you want to use the NPC in the future you can.
