Cal: Thanks!

shadeoracle: Um...I have just been pwnd by you, so I'll leave it at that.

Shadowhound: I may end up in a HR job, but I'd probably benefit from classes like you're taking.

Luvian e True_Moose: Mercí, I'll be in touch!

Wellard: Human Resourse, or maybe something in the medical field where interpretation is key. I hear that there are not many men in either job, and you stand out moreso in interviews than do women and native speakers. It would be a bonus in either case for me. I was thinking of being a teacher, but I substitute taught a class for a couple days at the local high school and realized that I never want to do that ever again.

Felix: Yeah..I need easy courses to blend in with the hard ones. Been doing that for a few semesters now, taking at least one high level and a couple low levels. That way, there is really only homework for one class, the hard one. The 100-level stuff...I do not even own books for and am passing!

Stratos: I hate all-week classes. I have been really lucky to get classes in the past two years that are only Tuesday/Thursday classes. This semester, I'll be doing Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes with breaks in Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Fridays, I only have two of the five classes I've signed up for, so early to get home.

That's a shame Felix. My current institution offers 31 African languages alone.

I still don't know what to take (3rd semester of grad school). My advisor had a baby and hasn't been seen for a few months, understandably.

Well, I don't really have all-week classes; this past five weeks I've had 4 classes total and 3 seminars. The rest of the time you study for yourself. That also means I don't really have any "days off". You take a day of if/when you feel you have time.
