"So, I got the new XS3042 muffler for my car- "
"The Rooster of Doom is under MY control."

My boss at a company I worked for a few years ago used to carry business cards with the message 'kindly go away and stop bothering me' !

I like to say "well, i'll let you get on then" and wander away.

Alternatively if I really dont like the person I just put my hand up and say " I have to stop you there because i'm just not interested" - usually leaves them aghast!

Depending on my mood, really. The one I used at a cafeteria one time left my friends gaping though, "Do I know you?" insert response, in this case negative, "Then why am I in a conversation with you?" However, I might be inclined to take Lucern's point as well, adding "The Rooster of Doom is under my control." That is a good one.

So there you go, then! LOL
Actually, in your office can't you just say Mooooooooooooo!
