In case I am being too subtle for some - yes this thread disgusts me, but every so often we seem to go through the cycle where some feel the need to test the rules against villification of other countries and cultures. Just a pity this peurile crap recycles itself.

Certain aspects of this thread disgusts me as well and yes this peurile crap does seem to recyle itself especially with anti American bigotry that seems to be so prevelent by the left wing nuts these days.

I can only say that I'm sorry I missed this when it began since the last time someone posted the SAME thing I closed it and the webmaster not only approved that, he told me to remove it entirely.

It's a shame that we have to keep doing this over and over.. but for the record, bashing of ANY nation, not just the US (for those who seem inclined to believe that) is wrong and not supposed to be going on in IW.

Just for the record, not every thread is read in it's entirety by all the mods and some things do slip by, it happens and will continue to be the case. IF you see a thread you have a problem with, there is an option to report the post. If you don't use it, complaining that it wasn't dealt with is a moot point. If you report it and it isn't dealt with to your satisfaction, that may simply be because you and the mods/webmaster have a difference of opinion and that also happens.

What bothers most of us is when nobody reports a thread/post but then complains that the mods didn't do something...sigh.. it's not easy to catch everything but it IS easy for someone who sees it to let us know it's there and why it bothers/offends the reader/reporter. So please, remember that! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Just fyi, the last person to post this got a warning, so Arvon, you need to avoid posting jokes that belittle an entire country in that way- this one was 'funny' on the surface but was basically calling all of France 'cowards' which is NOT funny if you are French or if you know that it's over generalized and insulting as a stereotype. Please be more careful with the material you choose to re-post.
