^ ^ It seems they were only hidden from us. I'd be very surprised if that's your first effort, Link. I think you know there's talent there.

Thanks for all the kudo's everyone I really appreciate it. It may sound weird, but I myself hear countless mistakes in this recording, so there's definitely room for improvement I guess. Nonetheless, I think it's safe to say I don't suck that much

To answer your questions:

@ Firim Silraven: thanks for the link, if I have some time I will take a look at it!

@ johnny: yep, that's me singing. Where do I get my inspiration? Wouldn't know really, the song is kinda 'overly dark and melodramatic', but I can't recall ever being like that. I think it's just that I wanted to write an emotional song and this is what came out.

@ Felix: sorry for the crappy connection, but it was the best I could do. I was in kind of a hurry. I you have better alternatives, please name them! I'd be more than willing to relocate the song to that address.

@ Ross: yes, that was me playing the piano. I write all my music, lyrics and stuff myself. And yes, I do have other work, but I don't want to find myself bragging about unforseen talents too much... I'll post them if there are more people willing to listen.

@ Legolas: yeah, we should definitely. The project has been left alone (even by me!) for some time now, and it would really be a shame if nothing would be made of it.

Does anybody remember where 'Yorick' had his music hosted?
I only post pictures and photo albums for family, not sure if you could post/host music on the www.kodakgallery.com website.

LOL

Well, I think James Blunt is a tad bit more settled in the music scene than I am. Plus I don't really have time to try something like that. I have my studies and my rowing which at the moment I prefer over a possible music carreer.

That's fair enough, you should just post more stuff here and be an exclusive Ironworks artist. You could be the biggest indie icon ever.

I'm trying to get more stuff digitalized, but it takes time. Plus I need to have a decent voice, not a croaked-up one due to heavy drinking

OK guys, I managed to get another song of mine on the computer. I actually think this one turned out better than "Out Of Sight".

The title of this one is "A Million Lightyears". It is downloadable http://www.freewebs.com/halfworld/am...lightyears.mp3.(and no, sorry, I haven't found a better host yet). If any of you guys are willing to host it, feel free to apply.

This one's really good too, by the way! Not sure which one I prefer, though. Here's the link:
