Yeah, laptops are cool, mine has all but replaced my desktop, apart from storage.
I have a Dell Inspiron 9100, Pentium 4 3.2 ghz with HT, 1 gig of dual channel pc 3200 ram, radeon mobility 9800 with 256 meg of ram, 80 gig HDD, WXUGA ultra high resoloution screen, 8x DVD + - burner, onboard lan, sound, network, modem, standard video out, dvi out, s-video out, 4 usb ports, wireless networking, bluetooth, infared, firewire, and pci mini bay. Battery life is about 2.5 hours when not under load, so it's ok, but i leave it plugged in most of the time anyway. |
