Of course, there will be even more of those names by then, so just try to eliminate as many as you know about.
That reminds me of the Simpsons, story of Bart's birth.
*Thinking about names*
Marge - "What about Bart?"
Homer - "Art, Bart, Cart, Dart, E-art, no nothing there"

And congratulations on becoming a daddy If any names pop to mind I'll be sure to report back

Ok to start of with congrates on the coming baby. I like you have one on the way due less then a month. Yippie.

Ok for names... Boy Hudson? Girl Ruby?
yeah, Destiny was supposed to have been Austin Seth, except she turned out to be a girl..so much for intuition and when I found out she was a girl, I had named her Destiny Ann, but have always loved the name Elizabeth, so, she wound up being named Destiny (her fathers chosing) and Elizabeth (my chosing).
oh and now that I am more awake, Congrats on soon to be a father. your entire world is about to change but it is well worth it.

HOW DID THAT HAPPEN!

Well, it really is a nightmare isn't it. My wife and I talk about it at times too since we want to start when she finishes her accounting course next year.

What to do; do you go with a more traditional name or somesting newer like, Griffin, Summer or Sierra?
BTW, we have friends with kids who have these names.
I even worked with someone who's first name was Dragon! 'course then there's always Diana Crall!

No need for anyone else to post, I win!

I just found out I'm gonna be a Daddy. (yeah me!) and I'm looking for good names. The last name is going to be Crall...SO...

Step right up to the NAME-THE-BABY-CONTEST. Must be no more than a first and two middle names and sound ok with Crall. (if nothing else, this will help me with the ammo for the future discussion we are going to have about it and make it look like I put a lot of thought into...hehe).

And try to keep it somewhat clean (or at least amusing).

CONGRATULATIONS, HENRY! YIPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

I'm so happy for you and your mrs!

I'll have to think more on this one, but Andrew, Carter, Ross all come to mind right off.

thanks, everyone...the problem is that we both have big families and we decided that we don't want to name our kid after someone in the family (too many to choose from and we don't want to hurt anyone's feelings ect) and we also don't really like the new-age ones (thanks anyways).

So...right now we are leaning towards Joseph Aaron Crall for the XY chromosomes and if it is an XX Chromosome, we are leaning towards Chelsea Ruth Nicole Crall.

But we haven't set anything in stone yet...so if anyone else wants to weigh in, please feel free. Lots of good names, but most have already been used in one of our families...

Thx!

BK

Not bad, but I liked LadyZ's options for the girl's names... how about Wendy Amber Crall or Amber Wendy Crall....

Or Charlotte, Dorothy or Elise?

Moonchild. It's applicable to both boys and girls.
