even if we wish to delude our selves saying sex is not emotional, and causes no feelings of attatchment, in most marriage cermonies it says to forsake all others. so in my humble opion i believe that cheating, whether it is just sex or not, is a breach of verbal contract.

were i too give my time and affection, even with out sex, exceding that which i give nathan, is a breach of my verbal contract to him. also if he exhibits flirtatious behavior to another, is a breach of our contract.

I have mixed thoughts on this one. I agree with RevRuby, it is not just sex...but then again, it is not a reason to remove parts like that either. I think if you believe your husband or wife for that matter is cheating on you, then you can either stay in the situation and deal with it like adults, or leave.
