Kuo-Ti? =p Platypus, Platipodi... don't ever let anyone tell you that it's platypuses, because that is strictly not true.

Same with cactus/cacti, rhinocerus/rhinoceri, and radius/radii...

PLural of Kua-Toa is Kuo-Tua. Just like Illithid, and sheep.
However, you CAN have one fish, many fish; or one fish, many fishes. Fish implies creatures, fishes implies species. Some whiting and baramundi in the same tank (a feat in itself ) could be described as fishes; whereas two carp would be two fish.

Also, in the other thread to do with this, someone mentioned Samarai and Ninja to be in the same category as sheep, Illithid, and Kuo-Tua... Samarai is; Ninja is strictly "Ninjas" for plural.

*end pedant mode*

By my reckoning;
1 Illithid, 2 Illithii
1 Kuo Toa, 2 Kuo Toae
