The diamond +2000 GP upgrades it to summoning a 7th level Berserker warrior.
The beljuril +5000 GP upgrades it to summoning a 9th level Berserker warrior. -Sazerac

P O I L E R There is one in Umar hills, to get it you must talk to a guy who tells you he has a quest for you, then you have to pay him i think 15 gc, he tells you that one of the chickens (that are owned by a man and wife near the town) has been forced to swallow a beljuril gem...you tell them you now this and they let you kill the chickens to find it...
