the Horde is a critical element of the story, you will find that out as the story proceeds. the orcs are the subject of hatred, prejudice and supression. it may happen only if you could come up with a really good, convincing story for your character. even that, the orc character is either slave or enemy wherever he goes. I dont want to make him sound like Drizzt in green skin, heh.

as for undead, nah, that is impossible. they will appear as villians, however.
