yeah... if you are going for that teenie bopper gigs... then go for Michelle Branch. She got skill, talent, voice, and Santana to prove it. but if it's only between the two... I like Avril's songs better. "I'm With You" made love her... that's it. But then I am not yet sick of A Thousand Miles by Vanessa...

A question.

There's a music video of this woman playing piano while she is moving through the streets.

What's she called?

I think she's called Alicia Keys but I'm not sure..

India.Arie is incredible too.
I'm not usually keen on R'n'B but these two cannot be ignored.

I really like Michelle Branch as well. I like Vanessa's music, but I can't be bothered to run out and get all her stuff...

Hm.. Although I always think Avril looks kinda cute (but I've also heard she suffers from acne --> teenaging can be hell!!) I think Vanessa Carlton has a lot more talent.. Must add though, that I can't hear her 'A thousand miles' anymore... heard it too often to be impressed (which I am not.. what she playss is not that hard)

Never heard of Carlton, and I wish I could say the same about Lavigne.
