FYI on Lord of the Rings...The movie TTT will be in theatres as a PG-13, due to the big battle at the end at Helm's Deep...but the Extended Version DVD will have added fight scenes that contain amputation of heads and arms. That will most likely make it an "R".

No Gore in 2004 either, since he said he won't be competing for the next US presidency election.

That kind of gore I like, it is the gratuitous gore that turns me off...the stuff for no reason, besides....I bet most of the gore in TTT is of the Orc variety

Bah! If you're half the man I hope you are, Yorick, you'd not hold up longer than it takes for your wife/gf to drag you to the video store.
Not so. I could watch mind expanding foreign language films about human relationships and dynamically interesting lives.

Does no gore mean no blood or no 'unnescisary' blood?
Now why would that be I wonder? You're Danish aren't you?

They tend not to expand your mind as much as you would think, though. All of the culture I received from my French Film Course only amounted to knowing what French people look like when they boink

Oh, and knowing what a Frenchman looks like when shot in the goolies
