I personally don't have a problem with any name or server change anymore. When the Blue Board changed over to the Brown Board, it was a BIG change. Not only different colors in the forum, but many many new features and we could actually post more than 80 posts in a thread! Once this Brown Board came about, lots of new members also came, and it really changed the forum very much from what it used to be. This changeover this time round is more a name change I think, I imagine the forum will appear the same, but with a different name, and a different link, but again basically still the same. No real change to me in my perspective. Not to mention the name "Escape" only reminds me of the Blue Board days, where Ironworks was mostly called "The Great Escape Studios" as that was the name in the link, so to me that name fits just fine, and is really reminiscent of the earlier days of this forum. And the good news is that Ziroc doesn't have to notify 10,000 members. What a huge task that would be, eh?

He only has to notify 9,939. Easy. Just line up in alphabetical order

1. The Lost Luggage Warehouse - buy other peoples' possessions, without them even knowing!

2. A certain blonde beauty

Oh, and if past board relocations are anything to go by, I don't think there will be any problem with this one. Some forums have changed names, hosts, software and designs, but the majority of members rejoined within a few days.

Here's to an easy transition

Nope! NC born and bred.

I started to put Spivey's Corner, NC, but I figured that was too well known for the National "Hollerin'" contest...LOL!

You wouldn't happen to own a rental house at the Outer Banks would ya Ronn? LOL.. I got ripped this year weather-wise on my OB vacatin this year! Waaa.. Only nice thing about it was the great hospitality and overall friendliness of every single person living and working there.
