Just some suggestion:
Have you falsh your BIOS lately? If you have, please go to your PC setup and change the "Typematic rate (charcters/sec)" to a higher rate and the "Typematic delay" to a shorter value. Otherwise, borrow another keyboard from your friend and test if his/her keyboard on your PC exhibit similiar problem. If the other keyboards are working fine on your PC, you might want to consider getting a new keyboard.
