If you tell someone that someone else was talking behind their back, then the person who was talking behind the first persons back was talking in front of you (the person who told the first person that the second person was talking behind the first persons back).

If you didn`t have a headache, you do now

EDIT: More headache time; I agree with Andrewas aswell. I have two almost contacdictory opinions on this
