Cerek, The Beatles are boss!

Revolver is my favourite album.

And the '50s, since you mention it - I am a bit of a fan of Rock'n'Roll - Eddie Cochran, Gene Vincent, early Elvis etc. One could say that I enjoy a bit of an eclectic mix

I crawled out of an egg in the sixties, so everything that happened in those days is pretty much a blur to me. I don't recall any music from those years, exept for the Stones and the Beatles, but they both been around since 1870 so that's not really sixties music !

I like the Kinks too. Celluloid Heros is one I like. Sorry, not going to dig for the lyrics! Sadly radio stations dont play much sixties music anymore unless its the Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who, or Jimi Hendrix.

ABBEY ROAD ALL THE WAY!!!

I like some 60's music, but I prefer the 70's. Or the groups that came out in the 60's, their music got better in the 70's.

Aerosmith, Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, Heart, Bob Seger, Eagles, Pink Floyd (alot!), Queen, The Who, The Doors, The Guess Who, Allman Brothers, David Bowie, Lynard Skynard, Fleetwood Mac, Jimi Hendrix (not that much in 70's tho), Police, Procol Harum, Dire Straits, and my most favorite... Charlie Daniels.

Those are my favorites... or some of them. I don't listen to much else. 70's rule.

EDIT: Chalk up another one. I forgot to end my font command for the third time today. :/

The 60's!

I think Tom Petty summed it up real well. "Let's roll another j***t"

CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival). Grew up listening to them, was rockin to their music since I was 6. Went to a Fogerty concert a few years ago (5th row center!), and he sounds the frikken same! Was incredible to listen to this voice sound exactly the same 30 years later, and he (Fogerty) has a great band now behind him that actually enhances the sound of the CCR songs. Excellent music, music that I don't ever get sick of.

Funny how listening to music is a bit like falling in love. In some instances, you first hear the music and just can't get enough of it, but after time you just get tired of it and sometimes if pushed on you too much (radio stations) grow to hate it. CCR never did that to me, I can listen to it over and over again and it just puts a smile on my face and makes me tap my foot and just get into the music. If you could have a "music soulmate" then CCR would probably be mine
