It would produce the same system that you have in Ireland. It’s amazing how many young 'in trouble' Irish girls pop over the border to the open arms of the UK (and northern Ireland) for a day or two for a quick medical procedure disguised as a holiday.
This allows those in power to pretend they are somehow morally superior yet have the benefit of a way round difficult problems like incest / rape victims being forced to birth their attackers offspring. Just one of the many reasons the good people of Ulster should remain free of the Catholic influenced oppression of Eire
