Ah yes, with the changes in Chinas economy the last couple of decades I would suspect this. At least the Chinese think tanks are not bent on world domination yet.

Wow, hold on a minute here! You mean this is not real? Geez, then I guess the $50K a year they are paying me to consult on military leadership is not real as well? My bank sure seems to think it's real, along with the mortgage company, and my financial manager has not made any comments to suggest it.
