Surely any moral issues are severely lessened by the fact that the brain-dead woman was a multi-organ donor and (unreported in the BBC article) also was brain dead because of a suicide attempt.

Indicates that she has no desire to live and also that she has no problem with her body being used for medical purposes.

Also a face transplant is slight media exaggeration - she took a bit of the lips and a few other small bits. Not like skinniing an entire face and grafting it on.
