The good news, they are slowly being freed.

Even better news: they are being killed while attacking US troops in Afghanistan.

News I would like to hear: They were killed before getting the chance to attempt to kill our troops.

That's wrong in so many ways... It leads into a whole nother issue. One about the right to privacy from the government.

How about they are fighting for what they believe in. Both the US and they fight for a cause; it is no more right for us to kill them then it is for them to kill us.

I disagree, DAdams. Killing those who intend to do harm is different than killing innocent civilian contractors. Just a month ago, a bomb exploded, killing 30+ civilian kids who were lined up to get sweets passed out by our soldiers. That's a horse of a different color, is it not?

On your issue two, to quote your own words right back at you.

That's wrong in so many ways....

I suppose we should look kindly on the German Nazi's of world war II as well....after all, they were fighting for a cause they believed in....over look the concetration camps because they truely believed Jews and Gypsies were an intollerabel burden tothe human race....

Back the truck up and come at that one again sir.

Fighting for a cause does not make the cause noble or right or just.

Edit: errr...yeah what TL said.
