Mr. Harris,

Halliburton is making a fortune over in Iraq AFAIK.

Here is a link to the old war forum. I'm pretty sure I had atleast 4 good reasons not to rush or go to war besides "it is only for oil". Feel free to dig if you want to, I suspect both sides of that debate will have some moments being wrong now that it is all said and done... oh wait it is not all said and done yet.

Big woopity doo, Chewwie you still aspouse a bias and falsehood of Fox while posting an artical full of bias and falsehood. I don't care if you are tolerant of her or not, but at least be consistant and don' start any complants about somebody not being tolerant when you yourself aren't tolerant. You know get the log out of your own eye before you try to get the speck out of anothers eye.
Show me where I have intentionally posted falsehood to support one of my opinions of Fox or Coulter. Please do.

I will sure as hell will CONSISTENTLY complain about intolerant people and liars. If you dont like it, too bad. I would love to see you try and stop me.

What is the opposite of Bias? Objectivity? Are facts objective or biased?

Is the lack of evidence linking Saddam and 9-11 a fact or an opinion?

That word is not allowed on this website.

(PAUSE)
"There is no B-3 Bomber"
"That's what I'm telling you."

That word is not allowed on this website.
OOOPS, Sorry. That's what comes from copy/paste of quotes

As for the main debate. If there's one thing I dislike about my fellow left-wingers (in general, not in this forum) it's that hyporitical tolerance which DEMANDS others to be tolerant. Most of them don't realize how paradox it is when they say: "I'm so tolerant but I hate you because you are intolerant".
.
HOWEVER
.
This is not one of these cases. Nobody is denying Coulter her own opinion. We a re critizising that she presents her opinion as if it was a fact and therefore leads others to believe it although she probably knows it isn't correct. It's similar than the issue with Michael Moore who in his (otherwise interesting and inspiring) movie choooses to deliberately present things as facts which he knows aren't. He never says them out loud but he does make the viewer believe certain points which are incorrect. While the truth in the rest of the movie still remains it also does so in Coulter's article. But some facts are deliberately misrepresented in both (Coulter's article and Moore's movie) and this is IMHO one of the worst forms of dishonesty.

Censorship is enforced on this entire website depending on what word it is. The curse "damn" is perfectly acceptable, but not when it uses "God" as connected to it, for this has been deemed too extreme to use on Ironworks.

Now let's retrun to the discussion at hand.

But of course Larry. Your judgment is sound and just in this instance

Good post, Faceman.

John D: there is a bestselling writer my firm represents who is currently writing a book that contains Patriot Act stuff in it. He's an ex-DOJ attorney, so even though I haven't read his works, they're likely Grisham-esque. Well, he wanted info on the Patriot Act, so I sent him a collection of websites outlining problems in the Act -- including the DOJ's very own review of it. I'll look for the links that I sent to him in an email, and Monday I'll post them.
