As a fan of the books, naturally I loved the movie. Although, it's too bad Glorfindel didn't get a part in it. Ah, well. The movie is very wonderful. I saw it multiple times, actually. (At the theater, that is.) How sad am I?

As for the trailer to The Two Towers, you can download it here:

http://www.elbakin.com/ressources/tr...rs_trailer.mov

It'll take awhile on a regular modem, though. Believe me, it's worth it.

Sorry about that, the site that hosts the preview moved the trailer, so now it's here:

http://perso.wanadoo.fr/sylvadoc/deux_tours_trailer.mov

I tried it, and it seems to work.

I was tempted to say... READ THE DARNED BOOKS YOU FOOLS!!!!! on too many occations to count.
When I saw it there was this young guy sitting near me and when it ended he was like "Thats how it ends?" I told him no, its the first of three and READ THE BOOK lol so IU know what your talking about. He thought the movie was awesome, I hope he does read the book......

...the movie was good... the plot was good... it didn't stay true to the books, no, but that was fine... I didn't mind that much, it's not like holywood ever got anything right, ever, anyway...

It's just... the best darn ending to any movie I've ever seen in my life was probably the ending to Serial Experinements Lain...

The worst ending was probably Evangelion.., OK no wait I take it back... TROLL was the stupidest movie of all time

and right smack dab in the middle is LOTR in my opinion
