Correction, what you get from the Ranger Stronghold quest is a Moon Dog Figurine.

The Golden Lion Figurine is a reward from the Druid Stronghold quest.

Has anyone considered the possibility that the person used IE to create his Jade Hound Figurine? People use it to make their own weapons and such, why not a summoning item?

No, the jade hound figurine is in shadowkeeper, but not in the game. Rather, it's programmed in, but you can't actually get the thing. So he cheated to get it, but he didn't make it.

Correction I got th emoon dog and I had the lion and since I was a ranger they came from the ranger stronghold.

Eh? This is weird, since you are only supposed to get the Moon Dog Figurine( MDF) from the Ranger Stronghold quest. If the spirit gave you the Golden Lion Figurine( GLF) as well, then I am stumped, since that is not suppose to happen at all as the GLF is the Druid's Stronghold quest reward. Ranger PC characters are only supposed to get the MDF, and never the GLF.

Well I have them both I went and checked that saved filed from SOA. I do not use cheats so I do not understand why if it is not suppose to happen. The only thing I can guess is under spoiler here

I read that but that is what happen i got the moondog from her first then latter in the game she gave me the other one. To be honest I do not remember if it was after a Umar hills quest but I think it was. I think it was when that witch pretending to be Umar set up shop in the shadow Dungeon. Could it be like the Paly stronghold where you get one set of gloves first then latter another set?

there are a lot of items that the game knows exist, but cannot be legitimately earned or found. some are old BG1 items, others are items that the makers created, but never implemented.

from the person's response, though, it is highly unlikely that he got it legitimately.

Talk about illigit. If anyone has time and guts to make a list of the CLUA miscillaneous items, go ahead. My Final exams are bogging me down, but maybe sometime in later May I'll take shots at the whole list...Be warned, there are LOTS of wierd items, half don't even come up in the game normally. I think the fugurines were in CLUA "miscd1" area or so.
