Viconia says she needs to leave. I don't want to screw up the ToB part of the romance, so I have to let her leave. But first, I Reload to just before she said she was leaving, and that's when I do some Multiplayer/Shadowkeeper stuff to make an exact copy of her (an inflatable love doll, if you will) that will stay and help me finish SoA. Then we go back into the game, the real Viconia leaves, and the fake Viconia helps me whip Firkraag's little hiney.

About Viconia leaving, though, you can get her back into your party in ToB, even if you didn't even use her in SoA.

Ecuse me, but what is this "real-life" everybody is talking about?
I think it is an Half-Life mod. They might have it at fileplanet.

you probably right, and I was hoping thet "real-life" would be the name for a new game...
As for the romance, well, just a question: to romance Aerie you have to be good to her, so does thet mean thet you have to bed for Viconia??
I only have been able to romance Aerie, I'v tryed Jaheira but she doesn't talk to much...

IMHO jaheira has the fullest romance.
The bugs can be "beaten" with the console easily.
The only dissapointment with Jaheira is that her Alignment doesn't change.I was hopping to get another dialogue in ToB instead of :
"Hmph!I hope this is not a sign of things to come.We must strive to maintain balance!"
I hate that line...

the Haer'dalis-Aerie-Male PC love triangle was supposed to be open to females as well. Furthermore, Haer'dalis was supposed to be a full-fledged romance possiblity, but that was scrapped because of time constraints. IMHO, the only really disappointing programming flaw is that the only female possibility is that disgustingly nasty, whiny, putrid Anomen. (i tried a female paladin once... ONCE)

The only time I romanced Viconia, I was playing an evil character, but...

I asked around, and I have been told that if you are nice to her, in Throne of Bhaal, you will be able to have her change aligment.

Well ... best girl to take home would be a REAL woman. But since your posting on a fantasy game forum, I would say I like the Jaheira best because its got neat side quests and longer story line. Yet ... I prefer Aerie over Jaheira because she's nicer and sounds more feminine; eventhough, she can be somewhat irritating at times.

From my signature, it should be obvious who I would choose. If it is not clear enough, then I shall let you know that it has to be Aerie, followed by Viconia. Jaheira can rot in her cage for all I care.

Urm... no... you do not let her leave the party. When I used a Neutral Evil Necromancer, my character( almost typed 'I', then realised to myself, "Rightttt...") romanced her and she tried leaving the party twice. Once in the Underdark, and once in the Elf Camp outside the Underdark. Both times my character managed to convince her that it was for the better if she stayed. If not as a lover, then as a friend( of course, the relationship eventually goes beyond friendship ).
